His background in managing sensitive movements, personnel safety, and large-scale operations under demanding conditions directly enhances Peacock Leisure’s capability to deliver secure, well-planned, and flawlessly executed journeys, particularly for VIP travel, diplomatic movements, MICE programs, and bespoke luxury experiences.

In his role at Peacock Leisure, Kapilla provides strategic oversight on security frameworks, tour logistics, route planning, risk mitigation, and emergency preparedness, ensuring every itinerary meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and operational excellence. His involvement adds depth and assurance to transport management, ground operations, and destination logistics across Sri Lanka.

Mohiyadeen Ismail, widely known as Mohi, brings a richly layered background in hospitality, travel, and luxury services, making him a vital pillar of Peacock Leisure’s leadership. His career spans the airline, tours, travel operations, and hotel sectors, giving him a rare, end-to-end understanding of the complete guest journey.

His professional journey began with Aitken Spence as a Junior Executive in the Tours Division, where he received structured training and hands-on exposure to tour operations, itinerary planning, destination management, and guest servicing. This foundation instilled in him a strong operational mindset and a deep appreciation for precision, reliability, and service excellence.

Prior to and alongside his tour operations experience, Mohi built extensive exposure within the airline industry, working both as flying crew and in ground handling operations. This dual perspective strengthened his expertise in passenger service standards, operational coordination, and time-critical logistics skills that remain central to his leadership approach today.

His experience in the hotel industry further enhanced his holistic view of hospitality, allowing him to understand guest expectations across every touchpoint, from arrival and accommodation to dining, excursions, and departure. This cross-sector knowledge enables him to seamlessly integrate airlines, hotels, transport providers, and on-ground services into carefully curated travel experiences.

In addition to his hospitality career, Mohi comes from a family background in the Gems & Jewellery industry, which has shaped his appreciation for craftsmanship, trust, discretion, and long-term client relationships. Yazri Bin Mohamed is a highly experienced tourism professional with a strong international background and a deep understanding of luxury and bespoke travel operations. With valuable industry exposure gained in Dubai, one of the world’s most competitive and service driven travel markets, he brings global standards of excellence, efficiency, and professionalism into every aspect of his work.

Having worked closely with multicultural clientele from across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and beyond, Yazri possesses exceptional cross cultural communication skills and an instinctive ability to understand diverse travel expectations. His experience has shaped him into a detail-oriented operations specialist who ensures every journey is seamless, refined, and perfectly executed.
