Peacock Leisure is proud to welcome Prasanna Yahampath to its international leadership team as the Director of Operations for the Netherlands and Belgium. Prasanna is an accomplished creative professional, globally recognized for his exceptional work in fashion, editorial, and portrait photography, with a career that spans major European fashion events, brand campaigns, and international showcases. His eye for detail, passion for storytelling, and mastery of visual emotion have positioned him as a respected figure in the global creative community.

With an extensive network across Europe—and a deep understanding of visual branding and consumer psychology—Prasanna brings a powerful and refreshing dimension to Peacock Leisure. His experience working with luxury brands, models, fashion houses, and influencers allows him to bridge visual artistry with premium travel experiences, making him a unique asset to the hospitality and tourism sector.

In his new role, Prasanna will spearhead Peacock Leisure’s expansion across the Benelux region, developing partnerships, driving brand presence, and promoting Sri Lanka as a high-value destination for luxury travel, culture, adventure, MICE, and experiential holidays. His creative expertise in photography and visual communication will play a vital role in elevating how Sri Lanka is seen, admired, and desired in the European market.

Rahila Refaaq, AJP, G.G., - Director Operations

Rahila Refaaq is an accomplished luxury professional with a rare combination of expertise spanning hospitality, private villa management, and fine jewelry design. As a certified AJP (Applied Jewelry Professional) and Graduate Gemologist (G.G., USA), Rahila has won awards for her innovative jewelry designs, collaborating with elite clientele, collectors, and international luxury brands. Her work reflects a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, aesthetics, and precision, skills that naturally extend into curating high-end travel experiences.

Alongside her career in design, Rahila has operated and managed luxury villas, giving her firsthand experience in hospitality operations, guest engagement, confidentiality, and elevated service standards. This background allows her to understand the expectations of sophisticated travelers who seek privacy, exclusivity, and personalized, meaningful journeys.

At Peacock Leisure, Rahila represents the Hong Kong & Macau market, designing travel programs that blend luxury with authenticity, from boutique villa stays and wellness retreats to curated gem & jewelry journeys, helicopter transfers, and signature Sri Lankan cultural experiences.
